The Band

Blues Station are a dynamic and exciting 4-piece band, who play the popular classic blues and R&B of the 1960’s. A repertoire, which includes Muddy Waters, Howlin Wolf, B B King and the Rolling Stones. By request they augment the line up with Hammond organ, for a groove-jazz based music, tailor made for the smokey atmosphere of night-clubs and late night raves.

With solid individual backgrounds, together with the international acclaim of guitarist Adrian Ingram, Blues Station is also a musician’s band admired and respected by other players.

Formed in 2002, they have quickly progressed from small pubs and clubs to major festivals and Blues events. Their first CD ‘Comin Home’, with an important USA distribution deal pending, promises to further enhance the bands international standing.

Who We Are

With over 125 years collective experience, BLUES STATION have played blues and jazz since 1962. A quintessential British Blues Band, their style also encompasses swing, rock ‘n’ roll, acoustic blues and a goodly helping of quirky humour. Their true forte is traditional British R&B, capturing the raw energy of John Mayall, The Stones and early Graham Bond.
